Lily Phou is a Senior Wealth Strategist working with family trusts, special needs trusts, non-profits, and charitable funds to grow and establish perpetual funds for future generations. Her expertise in managing trusts, charitable funds, endowments, and estate planning enables her to provide administration and oversight of assets, allowing them to grow for their beneficiaries. Lily’s genuine care and commitment to her fiduciary responsibilities set her apart, as her clients appreciate her seriousness towards her role, trusting her as a dependable steward of their lifetime of assets. Lily graduated from Texas State University with degrees in Mass Communications and Spanish. She also studied International Business at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores in Monterrey, Mexico.

Lily is very active in her community as the Assistant Governor of Rotary District 5910, Vice Chair of Planning & Zoning for the City of Nacogdoches, a board member for the Board of Trustees for The Museum of East Texas in Lufkin, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Fredonia Rotary Foundation. She has served as the Past-President of the Fredonia Rotary, the President of Stephen F. Austin State University’s Friends of the Visual Arts, a Committee Member of the Nacogdoches City Capital Needs Advisory Board, past Treasurer for NacNOW, an organization devoted to educating the community about the city’s bond elections, and past Advisory Board Member of Stephen F. Austin State University Music Preparatory School.
